Refund policy

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. To initiate a return, please contact us on WhatsApp with your order details.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error occurred with your order. Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
